Each order is processed within 3 to 5 business days and then shipped.

• Delivery times:

Once shipped, your order will be delivered within 7 to 9 working days (on average).

• Logistics provider:

Our shipments are managed by our partner Printful, a specialist in on-demand printing.

• Delivery costs:

Free with purchases of €30 or more (France only).

Below this amount, fees apply depending on your location and are displayed at checkout.

• Order tracking:

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

No signature is required upon receipt.

You can request a return or exchange:

• If the product is damaged upon receipt;

• If the item does not meet your expectations (quality, printing, defect).

• Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt.

• Return costs are your responsibility (except in the case of an error or defective product).

• The refund is partial, excluding initial shipping costs.
